Giliam Mons (1987) comes from a genuine entrepreneurial family. Both parents have a background in Facilities and the Facilities family business has been running at full speed for over 15 years. 

There, he gained practical experience in all conceivable areas of Facilities. During the last seven years he did this in fulltime employment and from 2019 till 2021 as an active partner. During this time, the focus has increasingly shifted to construction supervision and complex relocations. 

The completed studies MBO Facility Management (2009) & HBO Facility Management (2015) are a welcome addition to this. The Facility Makelaar (Facility Broker) is established in 2022.
